Our leather school bags are available in 3, 4 or 5 compartments. Our "Lewis & Finn" range has two big front pockets so in essence the Lewis is a 6 compartment bag. The big front pockets are great for storing pencil cases, note books and class tools like

calculators and rulers.

Unique: Our compartments are manufactured in an "accordion" style

(which offers a very durable stretch)

To withstand the rigors of a school day the spine is reinforced with steel strip which is covered in leather. (To really carry a load)

We offer free name engraving on the inside and initials engraved on the front, you get to choose your font too, which makes a lovely personal touch and makes your

bag really unique.

Leather School bag parts at Calabash Made for 2.5mm and 4mm Thick Vegetable Dyed leather. Vegetable-tanned leather is tanned using tannins and other ingredients found in different vegetable matter, such as tree bark prepared in bark mills, wood, leaves, fruits, and roots. It is study, supple and long wearing so it ages beautifully. This leather makes the classic school bag and a vintage stunner.
