The belting (how the case keeps its shape) we use is very strong and long lasting, before we launch any case we first use the case continuously to ensure that when it reaches the consumers they are 100% happy with their first purchased Calabash.
Our badges do not contain any nickel, and have a very stylish antique brass look to them. Please see below for Corporate Badge Engineering.
The Velcro is 25 mm and is also the best we could find, this ensures that the hooks do not become blunt from usage. We also colour code the Velcro to match our leather.

Factory Standards
Our workmanship quality is extremely high, the Calabash staff are truly dedicated and well trained to produce the best hip case on the market.
Our leather is between 1.2 to 1.8 mm thick. The Cases go thru 3 quality check points in the factory before it is ready to be packaged. We have a very unique manufacturing process which ensures great usage time from our cases and a superb finish!

Badge Engineering
The minimum quantity for this order is 500 units. We have already badge engineered for some big retailers in South Africa, there is nothing more rewarding than being proud of the goods you sell (your badge on the best quality leather hip case on the market…) Please email us for more info.
Also offered is a leather colour of your choice, you could choose form a vast spectrum of leather hues available eg: Blue, red, snake skin print or cow print etc...
